Positive: Clean, easy access, good location

Amazing location and easy access Positive: Excellent

Spacious and clean , not for a long stay Positive: I was on the king studio ground floor, The apartment is spacious and a lot of storage spaces which was cool. Very clean and loved the lighting system they had installed so it feels bright. Coffee machine and AC was a plus. The location is okay, 15 min walk from Fullham station and 25-30 min away from Duke of york square Negative: I stayed 12 nights and They do not offer cleaning although usually for long stays Airbnbs often offer some sort of cleaning if longer than x number of days. Have asked only for towel change and they refused saying that I have to arrange for cleaning for 60 pounds saying that letting someone come for a towel change is costly , although cleaning team was coming in and out of the property to clean other apartments so they could’ve arranged towels at least, there isn’t a washing machine too. Bed is not so comfy for me, the mattress is a bit down in the middle and i have back issues Whoever manages the property is slow in responding to messages, sometimes I had to send a followup message to get a reply Other minor stuff, I have asked to change the side lamp as it’s broken and they never did. There is no mirror in the room where i can blow dry the hair and they said they cannot arrange Natural light comes from a small window that faces the back side, I usually like bright places and natural light so probably the ones facing the street are brighter.

Positive: Great location! New, clean , very comfortable bed👌!

Wonderful apartment, would love to come back one day Positive: Location, cleanliness and the overall apartment was wonderful Negative: Would have liked for it to have a washing machine to do laundry and a stick vacuum or broom.
