Overall great stay! Positive: Fantastic location with the bus stop right outside. Helps having Air Con especially in the heatwave. Newly refurbished so it’s very up to date. Customer service was also great! Negative: The common area outside the studio by the entrance and stairs could be cleaned more. Cleaning could be of a higher standard. Concept Apartments similar area, has a very high cleaning standard while The place will run down quickly if not kept clean and up to date. As others mentioned, the black out blinds are not really black out as light comes through and really does wake you up super early in the morning.

Coming back, for sure. Positive: Great location, interesting shops nearby. Bed is extremely comfortable. Kitchen utensils are quite new. The balcony and natural lighting adds an extra layer of life to the property — on the other hand, the black out curtains also work just fine. Negative: Nothing.

Absolutely fantastic stay in Chelsea. Positive: The location is unbeatable, right in one of the best areas in London: safe, clean, and with amazing vibes all around. Having a bus stop right in front of the property made getting around incredibly easy. The building itself is a beautifully renovated Victorian property, finished to a very high standard and with great attention to detail. Customer service was excellent throughout, very responsive and professional. Overall, everything was perfect. Highly recommended, I will definitely stay again.
