Location made it bearable but unlikely to stay there again Positive: Location was great Negative: The apartment was on the third floor, narrow staircase, without elevator. There was no mention of this while booking. Also there was no assistance with luggage on arrival or departure.

Positive: Newly refurbished so was modern and tidy. Negative: The window blinds bring the light from sides which is very annoying especially this time of the year with bright light coming at 5am next to bed. Also the internet is very poor, hard to work at all. The television is also very old so takes effort. Otherwise everything fine.

Perfect stay Positive: ​I stayed in this lovely Chelsea flat for one night and had an amazing experience from start to finish. ​Communication & Check-in: Super easy check-in and check-out. The host was incredibly responsive and wonderful to deal with. ​The Flat: Spotlessly clean, high standard of finish, and very stylish with all the necessary amenities. ​Work-Friendly: Extremely comfortable for working on my laptop, with a great table and reliable internet. ​Location/Transport: Super easy to get to, with a bus stop conveniently located right outside the front door. ​I’ve definitely found my favorite spot in London for business travel. I will absolutely be back! Negative: Nothing
