Great stay! Positive: The apartment was as advertised, clean, nicely decorated, very well equipped and located in a beautiful and quiet area. We were in Studio 1, on the ground floor. Staff was polite and responded quickly to messages and requests.

Very smart and well equipped apartment Positive: Very smart and well equipped apartment. Some lovely touches and lots of very smart equipment. Bed was very comfortable, the bathroom and shower were super and the kitchen was well equipped. The location is great for the Chelsea area but also very handy for busses and tube and walks to the to embankment. Negative: Nothing

A pristine, fully kitted out apartment close to transport with easy links to central London. Positive: Location was excellent near several bus stops including one outside the door. Everything is new and clean. A comfortable bed. Negative: I had trouble with using the induction stovetop but I am sure they will now leave instructions. Staff answered immediately when I asked for assistance.
